We recently contacted New England Exteriors when we began planning to replace our roof and install new windows and siding on our 28 year old home. Wayne (owner) responded promptly and met with us several times to explain the options and educate and guide us through the process. We had several bids and found New England Exteriors proposal fair and thorough. We cannot say enough about the quality of the work and professionalism shown by Wayne and his staff. Wayne communicated well throughout the process and kept us updated on timeframes and the expected completion schedule. I contacted Wayne for an estimate on a small exterior trim job. He came the next day and took the time to walk around the house with me so that I could show what I wanted to be replaced. I requested an estimate be sent by email and I received it the next day. I feel that the price was very fair, especially considering that it was not a large job but required staging to be set up.

He gave me an approximate start date that was a few weeks out. I told him that was perfect. He kept me updated as the start time drew closer. I was vary happy when he emailed to say that he was ready to start on the week that was initially projected !!
