We couldn't be happier with CTS! Our service technician, David, fixed a mechanical problem with our EPSON that we thought was unfixable. He also gave us some great tips re: proper maintenance moving forward. CTS has our highest recommendation!

A personal thanks to Maureen in Reception and Tom the technician for their time, care and expertise today. They solved the problem with our office printer promptly and all done with a smile. This is the second occasion we have used CTS and we can't recommend them highly enough. THANK YOU for getting me out of a tight spot! Excellent service and care.

We are so pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of Melissa and the repair team. She talked us through a problem and we were able to solve it without an expensive service call. We are so grateful! We thought that our Epson 9800 was headed for the dump after Epson told us that the unit was at the end of its life. It is up and running again. THANKS CTS!!
