I called and spoke to Vin he spent a lot of time with me trying to diagnose over the phone and we discussed different options for resolving my slow PC. We talked about replacing with a solid-state drive but I think we came to the conclusion that it was slow because of competing virus software. So he was very good and spent a lot of time with me giving me the options. And we chose the cheaper safer route first and then will discuss options if the problem persists. This was great I didn't spend a lot of time or money to find out the issue he was very patient with me and I would definitely return with any PC issues.
