I travel for work and was able to bring my two dogs on this trip. I contacted Critter Visits to see if they’d take us on as a temporary client for the week while I was in town. Carin responded back quickly agreeing and set up a meet and greet on Sunday evening - talk about service! We met Meaghan and Ellen, who are so wonderful and the pups instantly loved them. I was nervous because my labs can be a handful and was worried about their naughtiness but I was reassured by both Meaghan and Ellen, everyone will be fine… and they were right! This service is fantastic and reasonably priced!! We were away for two weeks and Katie and Meaghan took great care of our two cats. They were reliable, we got reports the same time every day and pictures. Knowing they were there made our trip more enjoyable! I can’t believe I’ve lived so close to them and just found them this year….what a find!!Carin was quick to respond to the initial call, arranged a meet and greet with us, and their portal and communication with clients is exceptional….confirming scheduled visits and giving detailed reports every day. Love Critter Visits!! It is so wonderful to know my fur babies are in good hands! Getting the daily photos and updates is so wonderful just to see and know they are okay! The staff that I have dealt with so far has been so sweet and amazing - Totally recommend!! Fast replies also which is a huge plus! Thank your Critter Visits!! ?
