Terry just cut my hair. Thank you very much for your attention to detail. Let me back up a bit. A few months ago I didn't even know ULTA had a salon. I was in to pick up a few items and was in line to cash out and I noticed one of the salesperson's curls. I have always loved curly hair , as mine was stick straight. I complemented their beautiful hair. One of the sales person piped up and said we can give you curls; and so Terry did!! It takes me 8 minutes to dry my hair. I can go days between washing it. And Yes, everyone is polite and friendly. Thank You

Shay is fantastic! I have naturally thick dark eyebrows and I am very picky about waxing - I usually just want them "cleaned up" and in many cases, the person doing the waxing makes them too thin or too arched. It was my first time at Ulta Salon in Bellingham, MA and i only went there because a stylist i have followed wherever she went was working there. Her name is Christina and as always she did a great job. It was my first time not using Goldwell because i have a sensitive scalp. She assured me that Redken would be fine with the sweet n low mixed in. She was absolutely right! No issues with my scalp and my hair came out awesome! She covered the gray and put in some low lights. I was so happy with the end result. Christina is the best!!
