I have only been here once, with my new 6-week-old kitten a couple weeks ago. The doctor I got was super nice, she was gentle and very informative. There was a nice young gentleman who was assisting her, and he was wonderful. There was a mix up about my kittens age as I made the appointment before picking her up from where I got her. She ended up being too young for her first shots and the secretaries were trying to figure out everything for me. I was clearly nervous, and the gentleman popped his head out into the waiting area to re-assure me that everything will be taken care of and not to worry. I actually got referred by a lady i had just met. She told me the vet really cares for her animals. I looked online and saw bad reviews but i know how people can be! I put my faith in God and im glad i did. From the first phone call, to me walking out the door, there was nothing but kind hearted respect. The place is very clean! I even saw one of them cleaning as one dog left. My dog had an accident ? and she cleaned it right away. And opened the window. I felt so bad. She asked politely for me to wait outside. It’s a shame this place only has a two star rating. The staff and veterinarian that I deal with are awesome. Have 3 dogs that I bring and they take excellent care of them. If you are looking for a caring and compassionate place this is it. I have been coming here for 6 years.
