We felt that Servpro was professional and helpful through the entire process of our basement remodel from a pipe bursting and flooding. The office staff was great, efficient and kept us appraised of the paperwork and insurance issues. Gary who handled the construction side, was incredibly calm and knowledgeable which made us feel safe that our house would look even better after they were finished. Tony and Scott were fantastic. They took the rest of the stuff out of the basement, cleaned . My computer desk got damaged by the water and took me downstairs and showed me. They were very pleasant and I am very pleased. If friends need you I will be sure to have them call you.
