Very happy with the outcome of the restoration & repair. My water heater failed and ServPro was on site just a few hours later for extraction and drying. Their quick response helped to keep this a small loss and the crews did an excellent job replacing the water-damaged carpet and repairing and painting baseboards and drywall. Sincerely appreciate the great work from Amber, Lou, Austin, Megan, and all the other members of the ServPro team who helped to get my basement back into shape!

We had a spill. We called ServPro of Hampshire County, MA and our call was immediate handled by Daniella. Within a day a representative was sent to the house to estimate the work.
