Staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Purdy was caring, and his explanations were detailed. I felt comfortable about the care given to my cat. I was assured of help whenever I needed it. Everyone was patient with my questions. I was not kept waiting for a long time as I was 4 hours in the ER. And pricing is reasonable. Thank you Dr. Purdy.
We brought our cat to be treated for an issue, and they really went above and beyond for him. Along with treating his issue, they trimmed his nails, shaved areas of his fur that were matted and soiled, and got him caught up on his rabies vaccine.
I cant recommend this place enough! We had terrible experiences at another Vet in Belchertown. Our puppy was terrified there and was maxed out on medication for every appointment.
We switched here and he now has drug free appointments. The Mill Valley vet techs even use words like "angel" to describe him when I grab him at the end (wich we found unbelievable based on the feedback from our previous vets).
Being able to trust who takes your puppy but also feel the difference in your dog when you walk in is a beautiful thing. I recomend this place for all animals but especially the ones who need a little more love and patience.... read full review
