as of october 18th, cheeseballs has passed away, but the last few months he had were surrounded with the most love and affection he could ever receive. without the extraordinary people at BVH, we wouldn’t have been afforded that opportunity. once again, thank you.

The staff consistently demonstrates deep knowledge and genuine care—not only for dogs and cats but also for small animals like our parakeets. I see Dr. Alperson for my guinea pigs and mice. She is super knowledgeable in these less common pets, and is extremely compassionate and caring. She understands how much these tiny animals mean to me, and is skilled in handling even the most squirmy. I couldn’t recommend her enough! The staff on the phone and at the desk is also so kind. You even receive a card signed by everyone in the office when having to say goodbye to a pet.
