“We had two crises in the same week - heat stopped working and sump pump failed. Heat went out first - I called them as a first-time customer and they came right away. I called a lot of other local places that morning and none of them were able to fit me in the same day, meaning we would have been without heat overnight during a noreaster, but John was flexible and responsive - and was able to accommodate our busy work schedules that day on top of it. He also alerted us to issues we were not aware of - like a leak in our water tank and boiler, and made time to come back to fix/replace them. A few days later our sump pump failed. He came right back out and replaced all the parts and even re-arranged the pipes to be more efficient in draining. It was a very stressful week to say the least but John and Connor were very responsive, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend hiring them. Prices were fair and upfront.“

“I met Joe Carnevale last winter when I intended to install a geothermal heat pump system. Joe recommended against it telling that an air to air had almost equal efficiency for half the cost. I spent the next few months analyzing cost, basement obstructions of pipes, pumps plus the heat pump. It took awhile. By spring I was ready to move forward with an air to air and got quotes from others including a local Mitsubishi Hyper Heat installer. Last, it was Joe's turn to come back and provide a quote. Joe is a true PRO! I liked his attitude almost as much as I liked his quote, almost $10K lower than a prior company for the same Mitsubishi equipment.
