I went to Lapels to fix the worn-down heels on my boots, since our local cobbler closed. Lapel's shoe repair person only comes 1x a week, so be prepared to leave your shoes for 2 weeks, but the work was amazing! For $40 my black suede boots look like new! New heels, soles, brushed and cleaned. Totally worth it. Easy drop off and pick up. I'll definitely use them again.

This is my favorite cleaners... so friendly and kind! I love the rapid access feature... I use their laundry bag, drop it in the bin (24hrs) and then use my Lapels card to swipe in the 24 hr kiosk, voila, I have my shirts!
