Vadym was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I described the problem with my refrigerator over the phone and he offered me a diy solution to try first. When I explained it was not viable, he scheduled something with me for the next day. He came out, walked me through what was happening and why. Highly recommend and will use All Appliance and Vadym again for any repair needed.

I’m a 20+ year resident in various zip codes of Boston (south end, Charlestown, south Boston). To say I have had my fair share of overpriced, under delivered and disappointing experiences with home services is an understatement. I expected the same from Vadym at All Appliance. I waited to be man-splained, and told my dishwasher. - that is only 4 years old - needs to be replaced and charge me $375 to tell me that. Boy was I wrong! Called him on Monday and he was there Tuesday, and showed up exactly on time! He was honest, fast, respectful and genuinely cared about doing the best job. Vadym was responsive and very professional (timely, direct and to the point, upfront and clear about cost estimates, etc.). Our LG washer stopped working and he diagnosed the problem very quickly -unfortunately the cost for replacement parts and labor was high enough that we opted for just buying a new washer and dryer set. Vadym walked us through unstacking the old units and then came back after delivery to help us install a side vent to the dryer. Overall, had a great experience and would recommend him to others!
