UPDATE : There’s a reason why they have a 2.5 star rating on Yelp. The people that work there are very rude and unprofessional. I returned to the salon because the owner replied and said he wanted proof. I showed him where I was cut and he flat out said I was lying and to leave the premise. My cousin and I recorded the whole experience. He said that because I had no witnesses and I did not provide picture of a bleeding finger immediately after it happened, that I was lying. How am I supposed to whip my phone out and start recording when you have both my hands and then stuck them in acetone? If I could rate this nail salon a -0 I would. My daughter called prior to schedule an appointment for a mani / pedi.The tech asked me to chose a color. I finished my selection & he drew the water for the pedicure and instructed me to soak my feet . He then told me I could try the colors on my hand to decide on which color looked best. Another woman came in and he then told me I came in late and I would have to wait until he was finished since I “was late”. I have no idea what he was talking about. I am horrified by my experience today. The nail tech made my toe bleed while exfoliating, and then blamed me for it happening. He was rude and unapologetic, I have never been treated so poorly. I will never return.
