The Owner is rude. I went in to ask for a price on a Brazilian blow out. She was blowing someone's hair at the time and I was told not to interrupt her while she was busy with a client. That said, I was having my nails done earlier in the morning next door and she barged in, interrupted my manicure by spending five minutes chatting about something she needed. Now that's a nerve if you ask me. So, she lost a potential client that spends a fortune on hair and is a year round resident in Osterville.
