“We have had great experiences with Robies. Most recently, they replaced two ductless split AC units in our home. It was a big job and it involved both installation work and electrical work. Even though we called them in the heat of summer, when they are incredibly busy, they were relatively prompt in visiting our home to assess our needs. They were also prompt in in sending an estimate for the job and in scheduling the work. The installers and electricians who completed the work were terrific. Good people who were obviously skilled in their work. They arrived on time, did an excellent job in putting the units in place, handled the electrical issues without a glitch, and were very helpful in explaining everything to us. We greatly appreciated their professionalism and sterling service. And the price they charged was in line with others that we have received. An easy 5 stars.“

“New to the area, we found Aqua on google. we didn’t install the system ourselves and we wanted to know what we were dealing with. Doug and his team helped us with a variety of needs including servicing / cleaning, repair of corroded line sets, clean up poor installation and drywall patch. Doug was very helpful in explaining the issues as it was a large expense. When the tech Tyler left, the system was in tip top shape. We used the system and discovered one of the units wasn’t draining properly. Emailed Doug in the evening and by the time I called the office the next morning they already had a tech on the way out. He quickly repaired the issue - yet another present from the prior owner installation.
