I made an appointment at the last minute I was in need of a root touchup? I was in a hurry and traveling The staff couldn't have been more professional. kind and helpful . i went in feeling and looking tired and came out feeling Beautiful.my hair came out fabulous even better than expected. i decided to get a gel manicure and pedicure. Absolutely excellent!! I'm not usually that person that writes for views but truly this was a10 out of a 10 . I will definitely be going back many Thanks and Happy New year !!

I recently visited an excellent salon, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. So nice to try a new salon on cape. My area is pretty desolate so I'm always on the hunt for a full service salon. I came for waxing particularly Brazilian because my regular girl was on vacation and I could not wait another day! It was bad ! I made a booking via the Vagaro app several days in advance which was great and convenient though I never got a follow up confirmation from the app or the salon. When appointment day came around I walked in and my arrival was a sort of mystery to the staff there. I said my name and asked for a Brazilian appt and referenced the app but it flew right over a staff members head that was currently working on someone's hair and stopped to assist me. I felt bad and said I'd reschedule but she insisted if I waited 20 mins someone would come down and take of my wax. Ok I'm here I'll wait the 20. She arrived under 20 mins and got right to work. I was pleased with her speed and results were smooth but she may have not been well prepared enough or was trying to rush because she missed some critical spots I didn't get to examine until I had gotten home later. She was still very good and I could tell she was an experienced waxer. It was still a great and last min (for them) wax but I would absolutely call and confirm day of especially if you like to use the app for booking.
