The previous owners of my home built a home theater in front of my water shut off valve. Steve and Kaden arrived as scheduled, identified the work required and provided me with options, then worked with great attention to detail to make sure everything was just as I wanted it, and just as they would want it. I look forward to having Steve out to replace my hot water tank and will be working with Heritage in the future.
Luis was excellent explaining and assessing my hot water tank leak. I appreciate Heritage coming promptly when other companies did not even return the call. Their quote was higher than another company who came so they actually did not do the work in my apt. I will however call them for any other plumbing needs just for my interaction with Luis.
Ryan and Heritage were great! Ryan was very professional and helpful. He diagnosed the problem as with the equipment and determined it was still under warranty. Heritage did not charge for this as it was clear it was a warranty issue. The 8000$ replacement unit was without cost other than install. Talk about standing by your work and helping a customer!
