Used a numbing gel on my gums, which I'd never had before, and made it much more pleasant. Gave me the option of the waterpick thing vs. scraping. The hygienist did my daughters' teeth and was fine - discovered one cavity, which the dentist reviewed and gave me the option for orthodontist consult, which I declined, but she didn't push. Gave me options for my receding gumline, but again, wasn't pushy about it. I would definitely recommend her!“
