Santos and his crew texted me when they were on their way. They showed up and explained everything to me that they were going to do. They were fast and efficient. They cleaned everything up at the end of the job. Then went over everything they did with me. I am beyond happy with the hole experience from the salesman James Theodos to the installers. Highly recommended. Thanks again
I'm very happy with my floors. I'm worried about my stairs coming apart at the seams. I am not happy about the extended warranty. Because they used the start date not the finish date. I am waiting for a response from them as I wrote this
The customer service representative who initially came to look at the job and make an estimate was prompt, friendly, and transparent with all his information. The two gentlemen who came and actually did the work called ahead of time with an ETA, as promised, and were very pleasant and efficient. All in all, it was an excellent experience. The carpet on the stairs looks and feels terrific. Thank you very much.
