“My experience with AAA GPC was that of outstanding and professional work by Tom P. We spoke and I explained my situation regarding a beehive nestled into our tree. Actually, turned out to be a hornet nest/hive :( as big as an NBA basketball!!!Tom P. promptly stated that he would be to our residence at 8 to allow all the insects to be inside, and remove without chaos which is exactly what occurred. “Called for an appointment to get an assessment of potential services which was a $149.00 fee in advance (seemed reasonable). Scheduled it for 1pm but things didn’t work out on that day. He got tied up with the previous job and ran later than usual. He would have been done around 3pm. (The inspection I was receiving would take about 2 hours) It didn’t seem worth the hassle of waiting around for him to arrive later so I asked for a refund. They were more than willing to do the refund but went even further to set my mind at ease for the inconvenience. Needless to say I asked for my money and ended up rescheduling for another day. The initial first two customer service calls I made to schedule the appointment were very satisfactory. Despite all that transpired and rescheduling the end result was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to the next to weeks to see the final product of the work that was done. “Braman returned for their yearly contract during the last week of September. After phone and email discussions about July's technical issues, they performed the minimum required work. Upon finding tasks incomplete, I contacted their office and had a positive conversation with the dispatcher, who promptly sent technician Albert. They came in to the property which is a thirty unit condominium, they did an amazing job cleaning this spring they cleared everything removed dead shrubs, trimmed branches in the driveway and parking area, cleared everything out then they put in the mulch it looks amazing everyone was so impressed with the work they did.
