Chris Monahon is an exceptionally knowledgeable home inspector with tons of experience. Chris exudes confidence in his findings, which he relays in layman's terms that his clients can understand. He has a jovial manner throughout the home inspection, helping take the tension out of what can sometimes be a stressful situation. I use him often and I always recommend him. I can't only say great things about him. By the way, I have no idea what the woman who reviewed National Home Inspection Service is talking about. She complained that the receptionist was not pleasant. The receptionist has also been delightful with me, my wife, and those who I recommend to the inspection service.
