“Exclusive Maids did an AMAZING job cleaning my one-bedroom apartment. My mom called Ronny to schedule the service, and he was incredibly responsive and fit me in within a few days of calling. Karen came in and did the cleaning while I was away at work, and I was shocked at how clean my apartment could actually be! I called 9 am Monday morning to schedule an appointment for Tuesday 7 am preferably. Customer service was prompt. Within an hour Ms Tremendous Maid was back to me with a schedule. Three Tremendous Maids for the next morning at 7am. “Maria and her team recently did a fabulous deep clean/reset for us. Everything was meticulous—they even removed stains from a sink that I thought was hopelessly stained. We had a lot of different surfaces (lots of hardwood floors & cabinets, tile, etc) and everything was gleaming when they left. It can be hard to find cleaners who do windows, inside refrigerators, or inside of ovens but she does. She uses the cleaning products that you provide, which I appreciate (but she brings mop, vacuum, rags, etc). The three team members were very efficient and did so much work in a reasonable amount of time. The price was very fair and Maria did an in-person estimate ahead of time.
