“My wife and I (both TIAA clients) were treated very well by the receptionist (whose name we did not get) and the advisor (James) at the Cambridge TIAA office. We needed help with some paperwork and did not have an appointment. The receptionist helped us first by looking into possible appointments and then by checking with James that he had time to help us with a few questions.
