Great experience at Lansing today. I've been looking all over for one vinyl siding panel to replace the one that blew off this week. Internet search wasn't useful - no one will ship one panel. Big guys like ABC wouldn't sell it to me 'cause I'm not a contractor. Lowes and Home Depot web sites and physical locations proved to be as helpful as their reputation. Another lumberyard suggested Lansing (thanks C&S!). When I got there, I was greeted by a very friendly professional associate, who after seeing the panel, said 'we have that' and 5 minutes later another warehouse associate - also very friendly and professional - was helping me carry the new panel out. I put in a whole apartment building full of Harvey window products a few years back and they were just a few that became defective after a few years. Customer service person Ken from New Hampshire and Auburn Mass group stood behind thier product 100%.. they replace the defective panels right away with no cost and I couldn't be more thrilled to have a company that backs up their product!!!! I would highly recommend them.
