Hired them to put mini splits in & I would highly recommend them! Diana was great for any questions I had & her communications skills were top notch. Everyone I dealt with was friendly. The work crew was very efficient. They had great ratings when I was looking for someone to install mini splits & I'm very glad I chose them.

This is the third system I've had the friendly folks from LaCroix install. They showed up on time, did the work as quoted with no surprises. They even followed up with paperwork I needed to apply to MassSave over the weekend. Thanks David, Wes and the rest of the Team from LaCroix!

LaCroix provided VERY competent hard working installers for our 6 indoor minisplits and two outdoor units by Fujitsu. They completed the job on s schedule, the system works well, heats the house comfortably and is QUIET. Their price was the best we received and the estimate allowed us to qualify for a MassSave 7 year interest free heat loan. We are VERY satisfied.
