To think I was going to buy pass this appliance repair service because of a couple of negative reviews. Thanks to an honest person who suggested that I give Dana a chance. I thank him a thousand times. Although my issue was minor, I had no knowledge of that. Dana was very well knowledgeable & professional. He also explained things to me. I thought his price to come out was reasonable as well. While I hope I won't need your services anymore Dana but if I should Bergeron/ Dana is at the very top of my list.
