160 Ellery St, Wrentham“Sue is excellent to work with, responds quickly, flexible scheduling and overall great experience with our pup Belle. A few times she brought her dog with her for playdates to socialize Belle to other dogs. Highly recommend individualize training sessions with Sue rather than group trainings elsewhere. She targets what you request for trainings, gives helpful suggestions and follows up with an email with educational videos and links..“

220 Winthrop St, Rehoboth“Our dog Minnie has been attending daycare 3x per week for about a year now, and I am so, so, so happy with everything about NPC! The pick-up and drop off service is really convenient, especially for families with busy schedules and/or young kids, like ours. Minnie always comes back from daycare happy and exhausted! We have also used NPC's boarding services for anywhere from 1 night to several weeks at a time. I have never once worried about her care or wellbeing while she is staying at NPC. The owners are incredibly kind, caring people who treat Minnie like she is their own dog. Absolutely no cold, lonely cages like most boarding places use. Instead, Minnie gets to be comfortable on the couch with her second family while we are away. NPC really treats all of their customers and their pets as family; I feel very lucky to have a service like theirs in the neighborhood! NPC has been an absolute godsend during busy or stressful times for my family (the birth of my son, or my cross-country travels due to my mom's cancer diagnosis) -- my dog receiving high quality, reliable care is a given, because we know that NPC is there to help.“

“I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I have two pups (3yoM cattle dog mix, 3yoF cattle dog mix) who are nervous meeting new people and bark excessively. I've tried all different methods and haven't made much progress in easing my dogs' nerves. I called Maynard Training and got to chat with Chris before booking a session. He was amazing in explaining his approach and making me feel comfortable that we were a good fit before booking. Chris then came over and met my dogs. He was fantastic working with them and taught me so much about how to decrease their barking. I finally feel like I have an actual effective way to help my nervous dogs become less stressed in new situations.“

585 N Main St, Providence“If there's one compelling reason to visit this Petco, it's Cliff. Amidst the frequent hiccups with online orders and the occasional lackluster experience with other staff, Cliff stands out as a beacon of positivity and efficiency. He transforms what could be a frustrating shopping ordeal into a pleasant, even joyful interaction.Cliff's approach to customer service is exemplary. His willingness to go above and beyond to resolve issues is not just commendable, it's a rare find in today's retail landscape. Each conversation with him is a reminder of what excellent service should feel like - engaging, empathetic, and genuinely helpful. In a nutshell, Cliff isn't just an employee; he's the heart and soul of this store. He turns potential negatives into positives and ensures that each visit is worth it. Petco is fortunate to have such a gem, and as a customer, I'm even more so. Thank you, Cliff, for consistently making my experiences at Petco more than just bearable - you make them delightful!“
“Kristina's natural ability to read dogs and understand them on a personal level is unmatched. Our little adopted mix from Puerto Rico is very anxious and is quite reactive, and through a mix of Zoom calls, visits to our home, and then visits to her training center in Attleboro, she was able to nail what his triggers are and help us read them.Kristina is always on time, always eager to help, and understands animals on SUCH a deep level. It's clear that this is a passion of hers, and it shows in the care she takes for every client. Her fear-free training was exactly what we needed, and it totally changed the game for us. Her approach not only lowered our dog's anxiety, but gave my wife and I tips and tricks to make our lives easier in training him. I have recommended Kristina to many people, and will continue doing so. Thank you so much for everything you did for us, Kristina! Hope to see you soon!“
