Cesar was quick to get back to me and we scheduled a time for him to look at the job. After looking at the job the quote was emailed to me immediately and the job was very competitively priced. Still cautious, I decided to pull the trigger. Cesar told me he would be at my property the following Monday at 8am and he and his crew were there right on time.
