Bay State does a great job staying organized and professional while providing the best care. Everyone is genuinely caring, always making physical therapy an exciting part of the day.
Under Matthew Vilme's supervision, I gradually pushed to progress in strength and stability during my time at Bay State facility in Randolph, MA. More importantly, I gained confidence to continue pursuing in various physical pursuits at levels similar to before my injury. 11 out of 10 would definitely recommend this Bay State branch as all staff I encountered during my time there was jubilant, helpful, and passionate about their jobs.
Great place to go for physical therapy. Staff is very welcoming, engaging, knowledgeable and friendly. Facility is very clean and everything is sanitized after each patient's use. If I have to go to physical therapy again I would definitely choose to come here.
