SEC recently completed a major addition to our home surrounded by a large deck.
Steve led the way and guided us from the conception to the architect’s design, to the town permitting process to site excavation, and all phases of the construction. His work was always completed to the highest standard. Open lines of communication insured all work was completed on time.
We are very pleased with our new addition and highly recommend Steve and his SEC crew to make your projects as successful as ours.

Steve and his team Rick and Erik are absolutely the BEST contractors I've ever dealt with. Steve is so particular and precise, every inch of the deck was Lazer measured and leveled . It was completed on time, they went above and beyond. They are very friendly and they answered any questions I had and explained everything they were doing. This deck is Beautiful, I can't put down in words how happy I am with this project. If I could give them 12 stars I would.Thank you! You're Amazing. ?

Steve and South Eastern Carpentry replaced our large wooden deck recently. My wife and I had estimates from a number of high-quality contractors over the past 5 years before deciding to proceed with the project. When we decided to go with South East Carpentry, I was very impressed by Steve's finish work and his level of detail carpentry that was beyond what any others provided. What astounded me however is that when the work commenced, the amount of time and materials Steve put into reinforcing our substructure before even building our deck.
