I tried to fix it up myself to get me through the long weekend, which it worked, but I definitely needed a professionals help! I have RCL a call and they had someone out the next day to take a look a provide me with pricing and different faucet options. I had a new faucet by the end of the day and was good to go! “I called Rob for help with one of my outdoor water spigots. Somehow it burst and sent water shooting out like a fire hydrant. He answered his phone at 6:30am, which I just thought I was going to leave a message, and was pleasant as can be. He asked for pictures of the pipe, etc, and I sent them later when I arrived home from work. Within 15 minutes, Rob called and told me how to repair it myself. It was just in need of a new hose clamp! Silly me! While accessing the plumbing a board my father once installed unexpectedly broke and he promised to fix it, returning only a few days later with all the supplies ready to install without hesitation. He is clean and fast. This was super helpful for my mom. For me, Mr. Sousa responds quickly all the time. He helped change up all my outdoor faucets which was great so I did not have to worry as winter came.
