“Marcos was very fair in his quote to have the roof done. Even when they removed the old shingles and found that they needed to replace the plywood Marcos was fair in the increase cost. His people showed up at 7:30 AM and worked like busy bees though out the day taking only half hour for lunch. They worked like an oiled machine, each new what to do and they never stopped.
