We have used Watts Control many times for various electrical issues and have never been disappointed. The office staff is pleasant and responsive, and Walter Hernandez is prompt, courteous and gets the job done right the first time. Highly recommend!Services: Light fixture installation

I've had nothing but good experiences so far with WattsControl, particularly with Valerie and Walter. Valerie is always prompt in responding to messages, and has even been able to schedule same-day appointments for a more urgent issue. Walter has been efficient and informative about the work that needs to be done.

I was working on what I thought would be a DIY light replacement project and ran into some issues… we have used WattsControl before and have always been very pleased so I called and Valerie in the office was super helpful. She spoke with Walter and he was able to come to the house that morning. Walter diagnosed the problem and made the repair in no time. It was a great overall great experience and I highly recommend.Services: Electrical outlet & switch repair
