“After the first few cold nights in October our heating system failed. We called Martel HVAC at 9 AM and they had a crew at our house by lunchtime. They quickly diagnosed the problem to be a faulty pressure switch. This is not a common issue and is not something that is stocked "on the truck" however they expedited the part and promptly returned and replaced it. Heat is up and running again. I can't say enough about the Martel team. They were prompt and courteous. They offered to wear booties in the house to not track any dirt in. They are a fairly big operation but we actually got a follow up call from the owner to make sure everything was working OK and that that we were satisfied with their response.
