The only reason why they have 2 stars is most of my stuff came back clean. I now have 10 tops I cannot wear. That is half of my summer wardrobe. One that was sentimental. I had 8 items come back stained with things that were reddish as well as grey, and 2 damaged as in holes and misshapen, creating a weird bubble effect.

One item was my Mom's who died a couple months ago. Delicate hang dry items that I pointed out, labeled the bag all over, and was told it would be handled appropriately came back stained and oddly mishappen and pulled in one spot. I had a pair of pants on which the seam at the crotch had unraveled. Utopia estimated $8 to repair. The repaired pants were ready at the appointed time, final cost was $8, and the repair is reinforced and well matched to the original stitching. I'm not in this shop often, but I have never been disappointed here for alterations and dry cleaning.

I had a white linen shirt which stain won't come out. It was red wine stain. I tried to get rid of it but it was not successful. Finally, I brought it to the Utopia Cleaners and didn't expect anything. When I picked it up, I was really surprised to have my shirt done with 100% white and it looked a new one. The store must have expert staffs for cleaning and press ironing. The clothes are always ready on time and the quality is amazing. I can guarantee their services. Thank you. David
