You know how you always look for the perfect pillow, today this was my perfect pillow. Normally, my go to is a deep tissue or sport massage but I met with Bella a Thai masseuse. The hot towels added a new dimension, it was truly relaxing and therapeutic. I had more mobility in my shoulders and the neck tension was eased as well. All the staff were friendly. He will refer you to someone else if he feels it is best. My mother, myself, my husband, my son and now my granddaughter all rely on Dr. Potter! I once had a pinched nerve in my neck and it wasn’t responding so I went to a surgeon he recommended and the surgeon told me to continue seeing Dr. Potter whole waiting for surgery. When MGH said they hadn’t received my referral, I called your front desk several times, but unfortunately most of the staff I spoke with weren’t very helpful and seemed rather indifferent, no one offered to follow up with MGH for me. He first confirmed that my doctor had written the referral, double checked MGH’s fax number, resent the fax, and even called MGH’s team himself to make sure they received it and promised to call me back once their referral team reviewed it.
