“Very pleased with the great work Tao and crew did. We had the floors of two rooms, one hallway, and one set of stairs refinished. Our original sealant was oil based and we wanted low VOC water-based, so Tao found one with a tint that would closely match our other rooms. Communication was excellent, work was started and finished per the promised timeline. The crew did an excellent job prepping the areas so dust from the sanding wouldn't get everywhere. “We hired Andy and his team to lay ~1000 square feet of Coretec LVP in our basement and we couldn't be happier with Diamond Flooring's work!Andy was helpful in providing us direction on the amount of material to order and the various moldings necessary. He was patient and flexible in scheduling; when we were ready for him, he slotted us in with only a two-week notice. His prices were incredibly fair and he was extremely accommodating in working with us to make sure he laid the total amount of flooring that we'd originally scoped (including putting flooring in an extra storage room after post-estimate layout changes resulted in surplus material).We are incredibly happy with the job and would hire Andy and his team again in a heartbeat.I'll look to update this review with pictures when available.“

Kevin took our Master bedroom, and transformed it to have an on-suite master bathroom. He was always in communication with scheduling, and when things in the field popped up that required any changes to plan, He always kept us in the know. He provided his expertise but allowed us to make the final decision to make sure we ended up with our dream bathroom. In the end, we got a perfect bathroom that came in right on budget!

Never once did I feel like Kevin was trying to take advantage or take short cuts which is always the first concern with any large projects like this. He was always available via phone, and still is even after completion! We cannot wait to get River City back in for the next project.“

“We worked recently with Carrie and Eddie to get ideas and tile for our front entryway and rear mudroom. After visiting virtually all the tiles stores on Tile Mile, we found United to be the best by far. They listened to want we wanted, gave us great advice and options, and were so supportive throughout the process. Our situation was complicated since we wanted quite different tile for the two locations. They helped us select a perfect porcelain tile for the mudroom which we installed ourselves and it came out fantastic. Then, when trying to determine what to put in the very small entryway, Eddie came up with the idea about using a few leftover boxes he had of quite high end Spanish marble tile. It was great quality and a wonderful fit for the space. They deeply discounted the price so it was no more expensive than the porcelain tile, and then threw in the grout and quick set concrete for free. We can't say enough about how good an experience we had with United. Thanks Eddie and Carrie!“

Josephine was wonderful to work with and so patient as we ran into delays with the closing on our new house that required us to keep rescheduling the project. Her team sanded down factory-finished, red oak flooring that was a deep cherry color to remove the grooves. After speaking with Chris about what color I wanted, he prepared several color options. His recommendation was spot on and the floors are now a beautiful light brown color with a satin finish. I love my new floors! Do not hesitate to hire this team!“

“Alex and the Floors-are-us team refinished about 900 sq.ft in our Waltham apartment.
