I have raised similar concerns with this office, but that has not led to change. I'm hoping a more public forum will make them take the critiques more seriously. Communication with this practice is very difficult. (1) The phone system is not user-friendly, and the patient is connected from one office to another to another. (2) The providers themselves do not communicate well with patients. If you have a simple question that could be addressed in a minute or two, Reava Khristenko will not respond to it and make the patient wait until the next booked appointment. So, it's as if the previous appointment never happened and treatment is delayed. I hope that prospective patients reading this review will realize that there are other options besides this practice. I also hope that the practitioners in this office will take this and other reviews to heart. We don't only want to be seen as patients while in the exam room. Help us when we have simple questions beyond the exam room walls.

Cannot get a call back or an answer after leaving two messages this week and having a third conversation with someone who was going to pass on to the team. Completely ineffective because of this. Don't waste your time here.

I had a really bad experience here for a cyst removal. The staff didn't know how to handle my billing because I started a new job and didn't have my new insurance ID yet. They tried to cancel my appointment and then they ended up doing a different procedure anyways. It was poorly handled and I felt super stressed. Would not recommend.
