They were able to see us same day for our recently adopted cat. Their staff was incredibly kind and helpful and they followed up over several days to make sure our cat was recovering. Felt really good and would highly recommend them.
I had an emergency for one of my (very well cared for) bearded dragons. They see a regular exotics specialist about an hour away. Called there and due to a number of reasons could not be seen for several days. I started the phone calls to all the Vets and Clinics and animal ERs around. Each call made me only more stressed than the previous.
Eventually, I talked to Danya, at AAC. She said they were not able to help me either (completely understandably they were tied up), BUT, Danya came through so solidly and was able to find exactly where I COULD go and get help.
(And I followed her direction, and am now calm because my little animal friend has been cared for)

Thank you so much for the wonderful care you provided for Charlie, Chester, and Charlotte. Victorya was so gentle and attentive, making sure our feline family members were comfortable. Dr. Schickler provides such great care. We truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism shown by the entire team. It means a lot to know they were in such good hands.
