Alpha Construction was one of three firms who quoted us for a bedroom and basement remodel, with an addition of a new three-quarter bathroom. Naturally, we wanted a hands-on general contractor we felt could produce the best quality job within our project budget. Alpha Construction's owner/manager, Aram Nalbandyan, appeared to be resourceful, pragmatic, trustworthy and committed to client satisfaction. It turned out we were correct in our assessment. We contracted with Alpha Construction for a major home renovation project which consisted of a Kitchen remodel including load bearing wall removal, full bath remodel, half bath addition, whole home interior painting, floor refinishing, and new plumbing and electrical. Although the project went over the expected timeline, the results exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and attention to detail. I got Aram’s name from a neighbor when I was looking to have my deck rebuilt and my basement windows replaced. After getting a few estimates I settled on Aram and Alpha Construction and I’m so glad I did. He gave me a fair price, told me exactly what they would do, and communicated regularly with me throughout the project. The materials and labor were of high quality, and the work was completed in a timely fashion. The workers were polite and friendly, and they cleaned up all debris when they were finished. Aram is a gentleman and an honest businessman, and he knows his craft. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new deck and windows.Services: Deck construction
