Brian was remarkable in responding to call to fix frozen water pipes last weekend When temps fell to negative numbers. Called several other services who quoted extremely high prices just to come out and then give quote and then putting you in a list ,since demand was so high that day, Brian came out in less than 2 hours since I was an established customer who had used his service a few times in the past years.He spent over a hour trying to defrost the lines unsuccessfully and gave me instructions as to what to do for the next few days to move this along, as well as lay out a Plan B if this was not successful.
