“Saved me the day before Christmas! These guys really stepped up and helped me out in a crunch. A burst hot water heater right before Christmas was a nightmare. Family was coming and water was leaking everywhere! The owner came right away and controlled the leak to prevent further damage from the water in my basement. Soon after they had a team out here to get the water heater replaced. They corrected some code violations as well from the last installer (I didn’t live here then) and are coming back to bring the exterior piping up to code as well. They have put in toilettes, fixed and replaced pipes and put in a sump pump that comes on every time it rains, thank god! Recently, they came out to replace my water heater and did a great job and went above and beyond. They found that my exhaust into the chimney was blocked by fallen debris in the chimney and had to spend additional time getting it cleared and venting properly.
