I contracted Senior Helpers for my grandmother and initially they were wonderful. However after 4 months of using them things are going downhill. The home care giver has changed her hours each week to suit her schedule and not stuck to the hours we contracted her to come. Several times she has cancelled on my grandmother because she has other clients she needs to work for. Apparently they are more important than my grandmother who has grown reliant upon the help. On two different occasions I have called the office and was not able to get ahold of the person I was told to call. Instead I left messages. None of the 4 calls were ever returned.
