I wanted to share a my positive experiences with River Road Vet. We recently had to put our beloved dog down and were so touched by the care and concern given by River Road, especially by Dr Jessica Flynn. River Road has had changes in staff/ownership over the years, but they always provided our pet with the best services/advice. We appreciate the lovely card sent by the office offering condolences for our loss. When we are ready for our next pet, we will continue to use River Road for pet care.
Going to the vet is typically an anxiety-inducing experience for me, but the team here has always made me and my pets feel safe. The care and expertise they provide is second to none. I'd recommend them to anyone.
My pup was very sick this week. I called and was lucky there had been a cancellation and they were able to see her right away. She was given many tests, blood work was drawn and X-rays were taken. Dr. Flynn believed she knew the diagnosis, but sent her x-rays to a specialist for additional verification. We were then given an emergency referral to the Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital in Woburn. That will be a separate review - but they are fabulous! Had it not been for Dr. Flynn’s insight and desire to make sure my pup got the best care available; well, she might not have made it.
