After some research, I decided to give Absolute a call. They appeared to be very busy because it took them a little while to call back. I told them about my most pressing problem which was a water leak that I was having a major problem locating it in a house that I rent out and they told me that it would take a week to look at it. That was disappointing. However, I told them of about my garbage disposal leaking water and a problem with our shower that also seemed to have a leak when used a lot. They had a person available for these issues and had someone come in two days. I booked it. The plumber came and was great. Professional, friendly, explained the problems in detail and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I told him to go ahead with the job. He was quick and efficient. The experience was great and my wife and I decided to put them on the list the next time we have a plumbing issue.“

“We had two crises in the same week - heat stopped working and sump pump failed. Heat went out first - I called them as a first-time customer and they came right away. I called a lot of other local places that morning and none of them were able to fit me in the same day, meaning we would have been without heat overnight during a noreaster, but John was flexible and responsive - and was able to accommodate our busy work schedules that day on top of it. He also alerted us to issues we were not aware of - like a leak in our water tank and boiler, and made time to come back to fix/replace them. A few days later our sump pump failed. He came right back out and replaced all the parts and even re-arranged the pipes to be more efficient in draining. It was a very stressful week to say the least but John and Connor were very responsive, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend hiring them. Prices were fair and upfront.“
