“Kelly and Dr Millar are great. AS WELL as the nurses. However if your appointment is at 1:30 on you are likely to be seen 2:15-2:30. I have never experienced such a wait time . No need to ever be on time for the consults because you will always have to wait to be seen. Always!! The bad thing is one plans the day to give about 1 hour for the doctor appointment and go about errands . Here your visit is 15 min but you will be waiting to be seen a good 45 min. To 1 hour. They really should address this as it is a major inconvenience.“
“Had my first appt and learned I was supposed to come 15 min earlier due to being new patient. I actually ran late that day, and almost wasnt seen, but luckily therapist was able to still see me (I am not able to ambulate very well at the moment) . Please tell us this the time you want us here when we make the appt instead of giving me a time and then calling day before with the 'please come in 15min earlier' message (I didnt get this unfortunately!) Anyway, happy it worked out in long run.“
