I actually ran late that day, and almost wasnt seen, but luckily therapist was able to still see me (I am not able to ambulate very well at the moment) . Please tell us this the time you want us here when we make the appt instead of giving me a time and then calling day before with the 'please come in 15min earlier' message (I didnt get this unfortunately!)
