“Joe and Donna, the proprietors of Look salon, have been cutting my hair for 30 years, long before Look Salon has existed. I followed them from prior shops: Dellaria (Andover and Rockingham Mall, Salem NH) and Mainstreet Salon (Andover). Joe is a coloring specialist -- with a very high percentage of returning longtime clients. Donna is an expert stylist, again with a larger number of returning clients. Like me, many of these clients followed Joe and Donna from previous shops and have been loyal customers since. They are equally adept at men's and women's styling for clients of all ages. They've cut my 31 year old son's hair on and off since he was 6 years old. I'm 68 and I've seen clients at least 2 decades senior to me.Donna and Joe are very personable and accommodating professionals. Despite being busy, they are flexible with scheduling. And they are interesting conversationalists.Prices are very competitive for Andover. They run a simple shop -- just the equipment needed, not a lot on unnecessary flourishes that don't contribute to good service and good results. And that's what you get at Look -- great service and great results.“
