I’m loving VIP Nails! I used to go to Star nails, but you can never just walk in. So glad that I found VIP. Great location, very friendly staff, and amazing service!!! I have had my nails and eyebrows done a few times now! This is my new “Nail Spot”. ?
The lady that did my toes, wasn't listening to me I asked her not too use the scrub on my legs continuously but she literally insisted on doing so. It made me completely uncomfortable and upset. Even her coworker said "if she said no then don't do it ".
Update- they contacted me and didn't believe me. I'm not lying. I have a receipt and I'm on camera. I gave the date. I have the credit card statement. Go somewhere else. They're not worth the hassle. They're a bunch of creeps. I have proof and I'm on camera but they are still denying it. The reviews are right. Their business needs to close. It's dirty, dangerous and they're bullies.
